This is a perfect combination of modern and elegant located just couple miles from Edinburgh. Additionally you can get ready at the Kirknewton House which is stylish and cozy. It might be possible to get some shots with the Scottish Highlands Coos grazing on the grounds – you better check with the management though.

Alladale Wilderness Reserve is a 23,000-acre highland estate in the Scottish Highlands. The estate was purchased in 2003 by conservationist and philanthropist Paul Lister, who hopes to recreate a wooded landscape and reintroduce native animals including predators such as Scottish wildcat and the wolf. It’s available for exclusive use booking.

If it’s just two of you eloping to Scotland, deciding on a venue won’t be difficult. It can be simply an Airbnb, tiny cottage on the cliffs or elegant city flat. If you’re having your family and friends to join you, there are still many venues catering to small intimate weddings.
