Very excited this adventure engagement session which is all but traditional. Abigail & Samuel found me thanks to the magic called internet. We decided to walk up a tiny but super scenic hill in the Scottish Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. With not too difficult trail, it was a great spot to do a shoot. Offering views of the nearby Loch Katherine and the mountains all the way to Ben Lomond.

And just in couple weeks we found ourselves waiting at the parking lot for the rain to (at least temporarily) stop. We headed up the hill chatting and taking photos along the way, my camera wrapped in plastic bags for the rain which was about to come pouring at us again. We reached summit within no more than 40 minutes. Samuel was astonished as he was expecting something more strenuous. Haha, maybe next time! This hill definitely delivers though with 360° views in all directions.

We were hanging out at the summit for about an hour with the weather changing every 10 minutes. We had it all: setting sun breaking through the clouds for couple minutes as well as strong wind blasts with rain. It was just before it started to get dark when we decided our bums are frozen enough and headed down.

I am so excited these two agreed to do this, we didn’t have blinding sunshine but we definitely had a little adventure and capturing the chemistry between them was just such a joy which would brighten even the greyest Scottish day.
